October 2017 Basic Sexual Assault Awareness Training

Please refer to the flyer included on this webpage for details about the dates, times and location for the next Basic Sexual Assault Awareness Training. This training is required for all those interested in volunteering, working as an intern or serving as a victim advocate at Rebuilding Hope! and it is also open to other community members and professionals who are interested in becoming certified/re-certified in Basic Sexual Assault Awareness.

Fees for differing applicants are explained on the Brown Paper Tickets link provided below, but any questions regarding fees can be directed to Carlyn Sampson, Director of Advocacy and Prevention Education (carlyn@hopesacpc.org; 253-597-6424 ext. 3). All registrations are to be completed by the close of business day on Friday, September 22.

Rebuilding Hope! will soon offer a 12 week structured group that will explore impacts of abuse, coping skills, boundaries in relationships, parenting, trust, sexuality and intimacy. Mixed gender group open to survivors ages 18+; group is sensitive to race, ethnicity, disability, gender identity/expression, and sexual orientation.
